New to Sunshine Rewards....any Tips or Hints to share?

SR is the best! I have made 480 dollars for my Disney World vacation next week since I joined on April 29th! Definatly read the forums there for great advice. The surveys really add up, take both the OTX and greenfield everyday (try again later if you don't get one on the first try). Check out the free offers, and don't forget to check SR anytime you are getting ready to shop. I don't do any extra shopping, but I have changed my shopping habits a bit. For example, I not buy my toiletries and cleaning supplies from drugstore.com with free shipping. I save gas driving to the store, I save sales tax, I save time, and I get cashback from SR!

Read the SR forum... not only are there good ideas on how to make money on SR, but they hold contests on the forum as well.

Start off with the surveys... you can keep trying to get one until you complete a survey...so if you try a survey and it bumps you out ... then go back and try and see if there is another one you can do. you can do a greenfield survey daily and an otx one daily (might be 24hrs vs daily)... the greenfield one pays more, and if you do enough in a month you can get bonus money.

Next, check the online shopping that you may already do... you may be able to do it through SR. I still shop with the same places I used to before SR, but now I get money back for it... and I've learned about some online stores that have cheaper prices than the ones I used before SR, so I switched some of my buying habits to save money (even before the cashback reward).

If you still have time after that (Surveys being the daily priority) to do offers, I suggest a new google email address, just for offers. learn about changing the address with dots. empty the inbox and spam folder before doing offers, to make it easier to spot confirmation emails. I also clear cookies before doing offers. learn about security settings on your browser and the settings they should be on for third party cookies (post on SR)

My only advice would be to get an email address to use for when you sign up for the things on there like the .25 to 1.00 things. It doesn't have to be the same email that sr has on file. You will get lots and lots of junk mail. My second advice would be to get a new email every month or so if it seems things aren't crediting. That's what I do and it seems to help. Surveys are hit or miss for me. Sometimes I get frustrated trying and trying and trying for surveys and not qualifying for anything. But if you have more patience than me, keep trying. (if its worth .80 to you)

About the Offers....some seem to go on forever, with clicking and filling out forms etc.. How do you know when you've completed an offer?

Usually, you reach a point that says "Confirm your free xyz now" Leave that page open for about 10 minutes to let the cookie set, then check your e-mail for a confirm.

Shopping credits should be given 14 days, after that you can file a trouble ticket.

check in you account history, it will tell you when the credits will post.

Some offers are "fast credits" and usually post at the top of the next hour. Others are manual and can take a few days or week to post.

I agree with the others who said to read the forums. Until I did that, I was only doing the daily click and Sunshine Scratch off game. A penny here and there that didn't add up too fast.

Since I started to read the forums last November, I have earned over $630 - enough to get an upgrade on our upcoming DCL cruise and tix to MVMCP so hang in there...you'll figure it out and be glad you did!
