New to F&W Festival at Epcot

I posted this question on the wrong board before. No wonder I didn't get a response! I've never been to Epcot during this event and would like to know some logistics.

How are the wine/food tastings set up? Do you have to queue up and enter a venue for the tastings or are they located all around the World Showcase? Are they offered only at certain times of the day? How do you get a schedule? Are the lines ridiculously long?

They are small booths set up around the WS concourse. The lines were not bad at all when we went last year - anywhere from walk-right-up to maybe 10 people or so for the more popular booths. Here's a link to info on this year's festival.

They set up little cabana-type kiosks all around the world showcase, and each one represents a different country and offers 3 - 4 food items and 3 - 4 wine/beer choices. They are open from 11 am to when the park closes. The lines do tend to get long for the more popular items/kiosks. They are especially long on the weekends, so if you're able to go during the week, that's probably better.
