Just wanted to introduce myself. We are in the ROFR stage for Boulder Ridge! Such an exciting time, but don't want to get too excited! Fingers crossed!

This could be a great time to be going through ROFR as I would guess DVC isn't taking back a lot of contracts at this time due to the economy.
