New to discussion boards

This is the first discussion board I have ever used. Is there an "official" list of all the acronyms. I have figured alot of them out but I still don't understand all the messages.

Also, I posted my first thread the other day which was a tremendous help in deciding whether to buy SSR from Disney or a BCV resale contract. The response was overwelling for BCV and really helped us decide on BCV. Now we have to endure the long wait but are very excited about joining DVC. How do I thank all those who replied to my post?

Welcome to the DIS. I know how you feel. This was the first discussion board I joined and the whole idea seemed VERY scary!

Now I can't keep away and, again, thanks to everyone here, it has been an invaluable help in my Disney planning. And great fun too.
