I would not expect anything near that size. I would estimate around 2,000 or so as this is the size of the Hyperion theatre at California Adventure. The Hollywood Hills Amphitheatre for Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios holds around 7,000 so 8-9k would mean the theatre would be about 1.3 times the size of the Fantasmic area, there's no way that would fit anywhere off Main Street. To give an example for indoor theatre, Radio City Music Hall (one of the largest in the country) holds right around 6,000. Again I would imagine it will be around 2,000 or so and be comparable to the Hyperion Theatre.
