New sofa beds at OKW

I seem to remember that the rooms at OKW were all getting new furniture. Does anyone know the progress on this? We're going in a couple of weeks with another couple who will have to use the sofa bed and are just hoping we get a newer model!

I was in building 40 two weeks ago and it still had the old one.

Were in bldg 49 last week and it still had the old furniture. However it did have all the new applicances: Refrig, dish washer, washer/dryer, TV, DVD.

I don't see how our sofa was new. I couldn't stand sleeping on it open and slept on it as a sofa. It had wire in the mattress and not just under it. I hurt my shoulder and hip the only night I tried to sleep on it. We have never had trouble before so I was really suprised how awful it was. I should have complained but I just didn't. I lived with it!!!

Merilyn, what building were you in? I did see some furniture trucks around building 28, I don't know if they were delivering the new couches. Our room in bldg 40 did have the new appliances.
