New Signature Restaurant coming to Japan

Japanese food rates in the top 5 cuisines by interest and restaurants in the USA. When I was growing up sushi was just the stuff jokes were made about and now you can find it in many American supermarkets.
I didn't realize that. Interesting. I live in a college town and while we have one here, I am not sure its as popular as it must be elsewhere

I know the chances are slim to none, but I'd be delighted if we could get some form of kaiseki in this new restaurant instead of steak. I swear if it's just teppanyaki/sushi again...

A friend of mine is saying that she heard Teppan Edo will be 2 credits soon. Is this true, or will there be a second restaraunt this in the Japanese pavilion that is 2 credit?

Personally, I think the Japan Pavillion has the best food offerings across the board at Epcot - along with France. I've never had a bad meal at either TS restaurants, and the QS is outstanding. Plus, Kaki Gori is the best on a hot day. So, they can keep adding as many restaurants and food offerings as they want and I'll keep going. :yay:
I agree. I LOVE Japanese food! Its very popular in North America so ya, i can see why they'd add another restaurant. The fact that it'll be signature is even better! So excited for this! :hyper:

In true Disney fashion, I don't doubt that's where we're headed, 2 TS credit for one or the other.
