haha and seems as though the general consensus is that me & my sister look alot alike! haha.

funny story (completely OT);
we both work @ the same place (which is a movie theatre) and she was selling tickets & I was at the concession stand (which is behind the ticket area) and this guy came to my till @ concession (and he must've gone to her till @ the ticket booth) and he was freaking out because he's like "Didn't you just sell me my ticket?!?!" hahaha.




& Brit! I LOVE that bear it's too cute!
And you have the nicest blonde hair!!!

My bear thanks you! My grandmother and grandfather and mom and dad and sis (your get the picture aren't you?) all have broown hair. I am the only 1 with blonde hair.

On the issue of hair colours...
It's in your DNA. There are two parts to your DNA. A recessive gene and a dominant gene.
Let's use AngelInDisguise's family as an example.
She says that everyone in her family has brown hair. That's the dominant, or more common gene. The gene carrying blonde hair is the reccessive, or lesser common gene.
As a baby grows in its mother's womb, the baby is 'recieving' its DNA. The child could recieve four possible combinations of genes. 1 combination of two dominant genes (one from the father, one from the mother), 2 combinations of a dominant gene and a recessive gene (a dominant one -or recessive- comes from the father, and a dominant or a recessive comes from the mother.) If the child recieves a Dominant-Recessive gene, the child will have brown hair. (Because dominant 'dominates' the recessive gene) And lastly, one combination of 2 recessive genes. In this case, the child is born with blonde hair.

There's a 1 in four chance of the child having blonde hair, and a 3 in four chance for it to have brown hair. Thus, it is more likely for the child to have
brown hair.

there's a little science lesson for you.
As for my family, both my parents have brown hair and brown eyes. I have blondish hair, and blue-green eyes. Yuppers, I'm the recessive kid.
