Wow. thanks for all of the great suggestions guys! I did get to ask my new boss about the 2 days off - he said yes - so atleast we can 'officially" plan. (I have the time saved up w/ over 11 yrs at the university - just didnt want to push things w/ a new position - but he said its cool if I have the time.)
I'd
to do WDW - just have never done it for such a short time - keep wondering if its 'worth' it... anyone here ever gone for just a 3/4day quickie? It almost seems like it might be a let down?
I'd do the Great Wolf in a minute Mary, the cubs do LOVE them - but we did make an un-official rule a while ago to always have a one parent top child ratio when there.Even though the 9 yr old is a stron swimmer - we've seen some things there that make us pretty uncomfortable.
I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE NYC. but my older cub said he wanted to see it for the first time w/Papa Bear - hard to argue w/ that. cute.
The cubs vote for WDW - so do I really....hmmm. lots of money, but then anywhere is. We even thought about the train to save some money - its like a red eye - you get on one evening and arrive in Orlando the next am - kind of cool, but 15 hrs on a train is a loonnnng time too....ack.....decisions....
