Seems we all have been busy! Hope all are doing ok.

So Allie, how is the first few days of 13? And sorry I didn't post best wishes to you! I am so glad you got to have a great one and didn't damage yourself in any way.


NSalz- what new adventures did you have in the World this time? I am glad it was fun!

So much to share... let me get started!

I did take the kids camping last weekend. It was a local park here and it was pretty nice. got to meet so parents of other kids at there camp, had a great ice breaker game that was fun and all ages could play. Our major problem was that the "mouth" plug that you would blow into on our air mattress came out during the night. I had checked it as I had used a little portable pump I had gotten (yeah, I may be full of hot air, but not enough for a queen air mattress!). I had woken up in the night, & noticed I felt the ground a bit more than I thought I had earlier, but dropped back off.

Krista said I had shoved her most of the night, manly cause she was rolling down on me. Being the lightest, me in the middle and Jeff on the other side, she got all the air on her end and rolled down on me!

Otherwise the weather was good, no ticks to be found (yeah, cause I hate ticks!) and even the paddle boating (with your feet)wasn't as bad as I thought. But it was a long trip down the lake thingee, in the sun. Krista even paddled for me, sitting in front of me, and we beat the boat Jeff was in both ways and they had the most counselors in it!

Before we went, we drove past the only mall around and got Krista's ears pierced. It was her b-day present from me and she was so excited. Until Sunday night. she was tired from all the fun and wanted them things out cause they hurt!!! I did find out after a bunch of fussing that she heard them say to turn the earrings when she thought about it. Problem is she thought about it every 5 minutes!! She is better about it now, but still isn't sure she wants other earrings ever.

They are good, I can now legally have a facebook.
It's alright.
No damage done, however I cannot say the same for my friend tate. To put it bluntly, she flipped off my couch yesterday. I don't think she's hurt too bad considering she couldn't stop laughing.

OMG! Makie is such a big girl. It seems like only yesterday we were awaiting her birth.

We just got home from DL. DD ran into Thane from So You Think You Can Dance, but she won't let me post the picture. Anyway, we had a great time. Sadly, when we got home, DS's hamster was dead, so we had to have a funeral before we unpacked Our friend who was checking on him said he was fine this morning. Too sad.

OMG! Makie is such a big girl. It seems like only yesterday we were awaiting her birth.

Aint THAT the Truth!!!!! She will be 2 in November. She is a HUGE Disney fan too! Her second word she said was "DISH-NEE" refering to the Disney channel...she just stands in front of the TV and screams it...untill you put on the Disney channel....and she knows by the Logo in the corner that indeed it is DISHNEE!

Scrwy louie says the same thing....Funny but he looks just like my sister (his grandmother) at the same age...yet we (me & my sister) dont look anything alike!
