I'm trying. Has worked before, but this lady is so into putting them in his zoned school and this is the sister school to it that has the "odd" years while the very nasty zoned school has has the even grades.

I am going ot fight it as long as I am able. Can't afford private school with the additional Special ed charges on top of it

I'm glad I'm going too - I feel like we "need" it more han usual. Even if papabear will be limping, poor thing. We are all finally starting to get excited also - that was one bad thing about not being sure until a few days ago.... I didnt want to talk about it much etc, so its been kind of in the background.

NOW we are super excited and put our count-down up on the fireplace screen again - yeah!!!!!!

Went back to the docs today - she had a LOT of trouble getting a piece of gauze off that seems to have fused to my skull! She pulled and tugged and yanked and when I let out a giant scream she took a break and then started akk over again. I felt so bad for my little cub, I had taken him because its on our way home and thought it would be no big deal.... he looked . When she finally did get MOST of it off (she had to leave some and said "it will fall off eventually - ack!!) she took out most of the stitches - left a few for next week since she'd pulled half my skin off (AND the fur that surrounds it!) Soooo, now I have the strangest thing in the world on the side of my head (it was previously hidden by the VERY BAD gauze.) It honestly looks like I was shot in the head - there's a kind of "hole" with a few black stiches around it - niiiicccceeee. Oh well, at least in 10-12 weeks I get my processor and we'll see if my hearing "works".

It was fun. We ended up watching a walk to remember (one of my b-day gifts) and got really hyper. After the movie we had a ton of leftover jelly beans which then caused us to have a HUGE jelly bean war outside. It was a lot of fun.
On my actual birthday my friend came home from camp reallyyyyy late. So, instead we went to dinner and then saw Hellboy II. It was awesome for those who want to see it!

Hmmm...another hole in your head, eh? Just how easy is it to move bear fur around? Maybe do a small, fluffy patch job to help hide it better?

tee hee sorry. Bears are just so fuzzy and look so soft, as long as you aren't near teeth or claws! I hope your hearing is all you want it to be. Will you have to "learn" to handle all teh background noises & filter them out again?

50 days til we go back to school, but we also got out later than the rest of you. Of course LizzY has band canp and WInnie has soccer tryouts...and hopefully soccer practice starting on the 18th so that really cuts back on their summer.
