New ride at Epcot

My DD is going to WDW in a couple of weeks and we are wondering about the new ride at Epcot. I can't remember the name...Space something ? Can you tell us about it? Is it scary? She just hurt her back. Would it be a bad idea? I have been off the board for awhile so I have missed a lot. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Jiminy fan, the new ride is mission space and if you check the pages on this forum you will find plenty of threads. i havn't been on it yet, have to wait til Oct. but from what i've read it is a simulator ride that spins to give you the feel of liftoff in a rocket. Many have said they love it, many have said it made them ill. The min height is 44 in. Four person crew per rocket. Just read some of the threads from those who have actually ridden.

I think you are referring to Mission: SPACE

This is new thrill ride at Epcot... my guess is that there will be warnings for people with back injuries. The ride simulates a launch into space. Sounds like it could be rough.
