Does anyone have any menu information for the new restaurants that are opening this Spring? I recall seeing something posted about a new one at DTD and then another at Animal Kingdom (the latter opening in May.)
We end our vacation on May 2nd with a early morning flight home - thought we might be able to do lunch or dinner on our last night there? Guess it all depends on opening date(s) etc.
Thanks for any help you can pass my way!

Are you talking about T-Rex @ Downtown Disney and Yak and Yeti @ Animal Kingdom?

If so, Yak and Yeti opened last year, and T-Rex opened fairly recently. If not, I am not sure what you are speaking about as there doesn't seem to be any other restaurants opening in those locations.

The next new restaurant to open is Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas - Kidani Village.

HTH, Tiger :)

yes, that's it. Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Villas (sorry I wasn't sure where it was located for sure...)

Hi,

This is from allears:

Sanaa (pronounced sah-NAH), the new table service restaurant at Animal Kingdom Villas' Kidani Village set to open May 1, 2009, will begin taking reservations for Disney Vacation Club Members ONLY (via Member Services) beginning February 16. Named for the Swahili word for "artwork," Sanaa will feature African-inspired cuisine with an Indian touch and will be open for lunch and dinner. The restaurant will serve familiar foods prepared in tandoor ovens, along with slow-cooked specialties showcasing the flavorful spices of Africa.

Non-DVC Members can make reservations at Sanaa beginning February 23 by calling 407-WDW-DINE (939-3463).
