New Resort?

We were at WDW last week and it looked like they were building a new set of hotels. It was over by Animal Kingdom. The buildings looked like the All-Stars. There was one called "Poodle Skirt". Any one else seen or heard of this?

If you saw "Poodle Skirt" you were not anywhere near AK. That's part of the new Pop Century resort which is near CBR and MGM.

Possibly the Pop Century resort? This resort was due to open 3/02, but opening was delayed.
