New Rates?

We are planning a WDW trip in April-May of 2004, When do the new room rates, package deal rates come out? When do the travel agencies get the new rates for 2004?

We are going April/May this year and were not able to
get published prices for 2003 (new travel brochures etc.) until last August. AAA vacation brochure for 2003 came out last July.
Charter airline rates for May are just coming out now. Codes
etc. have been coming out a couple of months before.
