From what I am reading, it says rack rate only. May not be used with any other discount.

It does say rack rate but at the bottom it says special rates for Florida Residents if that helps. We want to book so bad but don't know what time we can do it for yet. We may do it next December for our anniversary instead of doing a big Disney trip like we did this year.
