New Price fro AKV?

Anyone know the new deal for AKV and if there are any incentives for DVC members?

The old deal expired the end of last mionth and we are still on the fence as to how many points to add on (50 or 100)

Just got back form Beach Club yesterday, it was awesome and now we have the bug again.

For now member price is still $101. general public is $104. with $8.00 off for 100+ points. Not sure how long the $8.00 will stay in effect or how long DVC will be paying all the closing costs. They stopped paying them for the other resorts a while ago.

New members pay closing costs on all resorts.

I thought that current members, buying an add on, did NOT pay closing costs on anything?

Can anyone confirm?

I didn't think there were any closing costs for an add-on but I have no idea.

I don't know if we should act on $8 off per point or wait...
