Did I miss something? They mentioned she was there on show this week but then didn't introduce her. Is she going to be a regular member of the team? Just wondering...

Mike is correct.

Kathleen is John's new assistant and will be handling some of the "behind the scenes" work.

This will free up some of John's time to do what he does best.

Kathleen will not be a member of the podcast.
