New planning DVD - Anachronisms

I just received the new planning DVD and noticed a number of things that are out of place or no longer exist.

1. The pool at the Poly is the old pool with the little slide. Not the new volcano pool.

2. On the beaches around the lake at the Poly and CR there are life guard stands and ropes around swimming areas.

3. People are actually swimming in the lake

4. The CR... the first shot with the monorail entering the building... I do not think that is Chef Mickey's. (I may be wrong)

5. There is a shot at one point with a launch with a gold flag... I don't think they use gold any longer. The gold flag launch used to run from FW - CR - Poly and back.

Unfortunately, they routinely use archival footage in the planning DVDs. In fact, they often show Disneyland rides in the WDW video, and vice versa!

Yes, I only have 2 past editions of the planning DVD (2002 and 2005) and there are more than a few scenes I can recall seeing before. I guess we shouldn't complain too much- if they totally re-shot the whole DVD each year, we'd have to wait even longer to get it.

I'm not complaining or anything. It is just interesting to see these things and I am curious what other people might notice.
