New PIN Code not working?

After many years of travelling to Disney, I have finally recieved my first PIN in the mail - 20% off package price for my dates in October. I immediately sent the code and info to my Disney affliated TA - she emailed back that she tried to apply the code to my current reservation and was told that the PIN didn't work. I'm frustrated and wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Did she really only say it's "not working"??? They only set aside a certain number of rooms per applicable hotel. Perhaps they are full or your hotel room category is not included. I would get specific info from your TA from a phone call to her.

What were the specifics of the PIN? If you don't mind me asking.

I let her know that we are willing to switch to another hotel in our category if need be. The Disney representative said that there is no PIN attached to my name or zip code. She is going to try to call again.

I would call Disney myself and see what is available with the pin. The same thing you have now may not be available but I cant believe there isnt anything available. Once you know how it can be used you can call your TA back. We have never had any problem using a pin.

This happened to me and I had to fax the email to WDW, in the end I saved only $33

I just phoned Disney myself and after much searching, the Disney CM found my info under a 10 year old address. I have to cancel the current ressie with my TA and book under a new PIN code (different by 5 numbers). In the end I will be saving very little, but the tickets are upgraded from regular tickets to Park Hoppers and Water Park & More. Really hoping for Free Dining, but everything helps. Thanks for your kindness and suggestions.
