I didn't see this posted anywhere so I thought I would post it here. If it is already posted, I'm sorry! (If I really am the first one to post about it than I am really excited!)

So, I was at Epcot yesterday and when we got off of Test Track they put our picture on our Photopass card! I talked to the CM there and he said that Test Track is the first ride to incorporate the Photopass, but by the end of the year if all goes well every ride with a picture that is taken will be able to be added to your Photopass and will be a part of the CD deal!!!:yay:

I am so excited about this!! Those pictures are way too expensive after the rides and it's going to make our Photopass CD worth a lot more. Last year my hubby and I got married at the Beach Club and had our whole family down and I hated having to justify spending the money to get a Splash Mountain picture with our whole immediate family in it.

This is the best news I've heard in a long time! :dance3:

I think this is an excellent idea! What I love best about the new Photopass is that I don't have to worry about my pictures being ruined in my suitcase. I can order from home and they arrive in perfect condition! Plus I can really take my time and decide which pictures are best!:thumbsup2

This has been an option for quite some time...at least a year or so....I think it is a great idea too!!!

Your photopass card has to be the thin version, as the thicker photopass cards similar to your room key don't fit the slots. I think I saw a CM there that could take the photo number and assign your card manually.

This may be a step in the direction of the rumored RFID chips in resort keycards that get candid shots of guests while they're on the attractions.

When there in August, we had this done at Test Track, but unfortunately this was the only place.

I think it would be a great idea to have this everywhere!!! When I get home, I can extend the magic by looking at the pictures and getting the ones I want. That's just my opinion.
