New Park to be built in New York City

I am a NYC property owner and I have a couple properties on west side (right on old west side highway) one of my properties include a distressed hotel and a couple of large garages I have been hounded the last couple of weeks to sell by various "investors" @ 4-5 times value! I cant believe this I love disney maybe We will work something out.

There was something planned for NYC for disney/DVC members but it didn't pan out.

I heard through the grapevine they are building a new resort and theme park in New York City on the West Side. It's going to be similar to the Magic Kingdom.

I wish they would make a disney quest for NYC. I know they tried in Chicago i think and it didn't work out but maybe ny would be better!
