New Orleans Riverside-rollaways

Has anyone ever had trouble securing a roll away bed for Riverside? I was told I have 4 people in the room-no roll away-they said the 2 girls had to sleep together-my daughters aren't thrilled-the travel agent is shocked-as am I.....I will have 2 teens that will fight now....grrrr-I thought Disney was trying to make wishes come true. Any suggestions?

you could request the Aligator Bayou section, pray you get a room with a trundle bed, and then you'll have a 3rd bed. This is assuming one of the teens is little. I think 5'3" might be the limit for comfortably sleeping on the trundle bed.

Hi, I've asked on the phone and been told no. I did get a roll away bed once at POR Mansions when I asked the housekeeper directly and told her my daughters were not sleeping well sharing the bed (after 5 nights of a 10 night trip).

Recently we booked at BWI with 5: 2 adults & 3 children 17, 16, 7. I intended to have one of the teens sleep on daybed. We were put in BWV studio with bedding for 4, when I complained the manager said daybed at BWI was 40 inches..my 7 yr old is 49 inches! I was annoyed, why were we allowed to book if there wasn't enough bedding but manager got us an aerobed so it worked out.

I've been told no roll aways at plenty of non-WDW hotels too, even when they let you book a room specifiying 2 adults & 3 children. Try to bring an aerobed if you can!

I just recently came back from POR and there is enough room for a twin air mattress in the room if you are able to bring one. We had one and it was a lifesaver

We had one in our Caribbean Beach room. Rooms at POR are the same size as CB. We had originally been booked at POR with a trundle bed and were bumped to CB because Shades of Green was undergoing remodeling and using POR.
