Has anyone seen/used the new system for making ADRS online? There's a TON of great improvements in terms of how you search for a restaurant, book the actual ADR, etc. They also put in a feature to search and see if you have existing ADRs for the same time period. They then give you the option of cancelling and booking a new one all in one shot. I loved using it tonight! :thumbsup2

I used it earlier in the week, and really liked it. Much cleaner interface, easier to maneuver.

I agree! It's a huge improvement!

Nikki! You can't be telling me about a DECENT website by Disney?

All we need now is a plague of locusts! :lmao:

I checked it out tonight...much much better...unless it crashes once everyone finds out about it. It's great that you get option on what times you want the adr...instead of showing just the one time you requested.

I am thoroughly enjoying the fact that it is on the lookout for people who double-book their ADRs. :)

I used it last week when I had to change a bunch of ADR's for October. I actually like that it asked if I wanted to cancel my original ADR and book the new one...saved me the extra step of booking then cancelling.

I also liked that it showed me all the ADR's I have booked on one nice page (and a few from last year? :confused3). I've changed them so many times, I could just check them off after printing it and comparing it to my itinerary.

Haven't used the seach my Bfast, Lunch, or Dinner yet, (since I wanted specific times) but that seems like it may be a help to some people.

I am absolutely, positively missing something huge on the new ADR site. I keep seeing people talking about all these options for viewing their existing reservations and/or looking at them in conjunction with times that are currently available, and as I look at the new ADR site, I can see NO way to do those things. If someone who has done these things successfully is bored and feels like telling me where those options are, I can't tell you how grateful I'd be.

(This is embarrassing, as I used to design websites and user interfaces for a living but the Disney sites constantly subvert me from being able to find all the existing options in their interfaces.)

eta: Are you guys getting to those functions of the new interface via My Disney Vacation -> Dining Reservations?

Try picking a time and place that you KNOW you won't get, like Ohana at 6pm on a Saturday. Then the other options will come up.

So far so good. This is a huge improvement. There were some adr's I called for and some I booked online. Previously, I couldn't pull up the ones I called for. Now all of them come up. I also couldn't cancel anything I called for without calling back. Tonight I was able to cancel even those w/o calling Disney and being on hold forever. Let's cross our fingers it doesn't crash!

I used it a couple of weeks ago - everything worked smoothly for me. I wondered if this was the same system that people had been complaining about a while ago - since this was the first occasion I had to use it, I didn't realize it had been upgraded. I was OK with it!

I'd made an ADR a few mionths back and I can't find it online! I'm going to have to give them a call .. ugh.

Used it this morning for our Nov/Dec trip and had zero problems, got everything we wanted. I like the new format. Seems to be much more novice user friendly and provide more options for finding meals and times. Good for them.
