Received an e-mail today that you can download a new mobile app for Universal available from the app store and Google play.

Check wait times for rides and attractions, navigate the parks.

Yes, they recently completed the rollout in all the resort.

I also got an e mail about wi if been free. The app is pretty detailed about ride info I've been reading it.

Weirdly I couldn't connect to wifi in either US or IoA earlier this week. HRH only allowed up to 4 devices per room as well.

I just used the Lines app which was very accurate!

Isn't the room allocation four people? I wonder if that is why? Perhaps they haven't rolled it out in the parks yet? Would be interested to hear how you get on if you are there again.

Could be!

We might head back in a few days - we have 14 day passes, but with EE and the express pass (plus crazy low crowds) we finished both parks yesterday in one day but if we go back I'll let you know!

It probably helped that Gringotts was down during EE - meaning they opened the rest of the park up early so we managed four rides in the first hour rather than just DA and Gringotts.
