No...it can change soooo quickly in Florida....It is NOT a definite that it will rain!!!

It's true, even a week away is not guaranteed, and it won't necessarily rain all day - last time I was there the forecast was rain every day, which we had but only for 30-60 mins every afternoon.

It's Disney, it's magical, it just might get a little bit soggy at some point xx

Yay.... you're my hero.;)

If it makes anyone feel any better, I've read that February is the least rainy month of the year. :D

So now I really DO need to pay attention the the weather report, right? I will be in MK one week from this very moment! Right now it's showing rain & 65 degrees :faint: So I really need to accept that it might actually rain, shouldn't I??

(you DO realize I'm waiting for someone to say "no...it can change soooo quickly in Florida....I is NOT a definite that it will rain").

Someone?

Anyone??
:rotfl2:

Same as us we will be in MK for rope drop.

I'm just going to be glad it's not snowing.

One week countdown begins ! Next week ( Saturday morning ) wife and I will be driving down to Disney. We are staying offsite, but still excited all the same.

Going to hit Epcot and Animal Kingdom... with a 3rd trip pending. Haven't decided if we want to go to parks for 3 days.

:thumbsup2 second this!

I"m trying to finalize my itinerary...I have my park days nailed down, at least those where i'll start the day off. I'll be getting park hoppers, so plan to use that feature to move around. I just realized there were park hour changes and that a second Fantasmic was added the 9, 10 and 11th. So if I don't nail down a Fantasmic dinner package, i'll be good going to an 8:30 show since the lines should be shorter.

Feb. 7 - H.S. Rope drop (all day) and end with 7pm Fantasmic

OR Hop to MK for night shows after 3pm parade
OR Epcot for Nemo rides, autographs

Feb. 8th - M.K. Rope drop (all day)

Feb. 9th - DD - BBB 12:30 (Princess afternoon with friends)

Feb. 10th - AK till 2 or 3 pm then HOP to ???

Feb. 11th (last day) MK am - then HOP or back to resort for pool day

I can plan away, but, that'll be subject to my DDs stamina and wishes. I just saw that the crowds have gone up to 6 on Sunday and Monday, but atleast I'm starting off with recommended days everyday except for MK on Monday.

I'm such a novice when it come to this,we really don't get to go to Disney often. This FP+ stuff hasn't really started yet, has it? I'm not failing to do something I should be am I?

We leave in 14 days and check into the resort in 15. I can't believe it's almost here!!!!

THIS! It's the reason we chose this month. And, because it had the next available BOG reservation. Can you believe we totally chose our week because that's when BOG was available? :rotfl:

Here is the scenario:

Disney: What does that button do?
Imagineer: Oh, why that's the Kathy button. Whenever we push it, we get Kathy's money. You see how worn out it is? We've put it to very good use this year.

HAHAHHAA. Sorry I'm being so silly. It's just FINALLY the 30 DAY delirium setting in!

It hasn't started yet but could at any time. I've been wondering what to do if I'm offered the choice when I check in. I would hate to choose regular fast pass and then have them all be gone since there are far fewer of them than before. I wish there was a definite start date so at least we would know ahead of time.

Everything I've read says Spring, so I think all of our Feb trips will just miss these. This, of course, is just my opinion.

Did I mention that will be my very first trip to Disney EVER?? And as if that weren't bad enough, it looks like I'll be going by myself! *gasp!*

One week! One week!!!

So, I ordered some necessities to be delivered from Walmart.com to hopefully be waiting for us when we get to POR. I ordered last night and already got email confirmation that they shipped! Will the resort be okay holding these items until our arrival?? It shipped way in advance of the timeframe given when i placed the order. Any thoughts??

Hope you all have a magical afternoon:)
