I've waited for about 45 minutes before, but it's not usually that bad.

Why oh Why did I just watch the Accuweather video about the massive storm shaping up?

My OCD brain is now making back up plans . They don't even know where it will be yet, but it's looking like a big impact somewhere late next week. Great.
So I've been texting my husband with Plan B which involves leaving a day earlier and driving instead. He's thrilled with me

I've been following this storm for about four days now and it's giving me an ulcer!! I called JetBlue to start my plan B. She thought I was talking about this weekend. When I explained next, she laughed at me haha! I said I have ADD/ OCD

Not this weekend is right. I am going to fret about that monster shaping up for late next week though
I had a few hours to myself today and spent them planning driving routes and checking out other airports we could move to to get out early if we had to. My husband thinks I am nuts. Little does he know that if I wasn't a worrier/planner his life would be in shambles

Mon 25th- EP
Tues 26th-MK
Wed 27th- MK
Thurs 28th-EP
Fri Mar 1st-HS

Our schedule is:
2/24 - Epcot and possible MK evening EMH's.
2/25 - DHS/Epcot
2/26 - MK
2/27 - DTD
2/28 - MK morning EMH's / Epcot
3/1 - Epcot/DHS

We will see you in MK on the 26th. After that the kids will tell us where to go!

We are in MK on the 26th too AND Epcot on the 28th!!

We are also in MK on the 26th for DD's first day and 3rd birthday.

Sounds like we might be running into some folks. No one in my family has experienced staying on-site or EMHs so they want that thrill each day.

2/24 - arrive / MK
2/25 - HS for dad's bday dinner / EP
2/26 - EP, maybe AK
2/27 - AK, maybe Epcot / MK
2/28 - MK for mom's birthday
3/1 - Anything Can Happen Day!

We've pulled out our luggage to see who needs a new carry on. I think backpacks work as 'personal items' but can't remember. Also picked up a box of those non-drowsy dramamine for the parents Tonight we started a week-long Disney movie marathon!! Starting with SyFy Channel's 'Alice' because any other version freaks me out (eh, so we stretched it a little tonight). At least it still gets me into the Disney mood.

So, I can't find this storm anywhere. You've got me really scared now.

Don't mean to scare you at all! I'm simply worrying about things I can't change. It's what I do lol. In all honesty, I won't hit actual worry until Wednesday or so when I see where it's going.
On Accuweather there is a video talking about the current storm this weekend, and the one behind it. It's not even on land yet, and when it is it will be coming from the West. There's no saying where it will go but it is very large and potentially could wreak some havoc depending on the track it wants to take.
It's a long range forecast and anything could happen in the next 5 days. But I would start paying attention to it maybe Tuesday? The closer it gets the better idea the weather people will get on where it's going.

Hoping to be in the air at this time next week.

Called the hotel by the airport where we are staying just to verify that shuttles run early enough for our 730am flight and was told they start running at 4am, so I think we're good. I booked a park and fly rate with Marriott so leaving our car there for the week for the cost of one night's hotel room will cost us less than airport parking.

And after 6 months with no carsickness from DS, he got carsick on an hour long drive yesterday. Last year at WDW, he wore Sea Bands and he only had one episode of motion sickness on our whole trip (which was in the airport after getting off the shuttle on the way home). I'm glad I remembered to pick up some new Sea Bands for him this year. Should have tried them out on him yesterday.

We are beyond excited just 6 more days and Me, My Big Guy and My Youngest will be headed to my favorite place in the universe! Just needed to tell a gazillion more people this morning so I decided to join in since I usually just sit quietly living vicariously through others excitement! We are staying at CSR a first for us celebrating 3 birthdays 1 anniversary and the final nestlings graduation from college. We have no plan with the exception of 1 ADR but I've got 6 days so that may change anyway just wanted to say hello....see ya real soon!

Thank you we are looking forward to it! The two of us have only stayed onsite once at POR and the youngest never stayed onsite and hasn't been since she was about 7 and she just turned 21 so lots of firsts!

Honey you have the same wonderful condition we all have... Obbsessive Disney Planning Syndrome! (btw...the support group for ODPS meets at the Magic Kingdom hahaha).

I am constantly checking the weather too and I also called jetblue for a plan B. I am so ODPS that I had them tell me our plane's itinerary for the whole morning before our flight! So now I have 2 more cities to continually check weather for ! They told me we could fly standby for no fee on any flight going to MCO if our flight is a problem. But the weather still looks pretty good at this point.

We were thinking of going back in 2015 but after seeing the boys cry that they want to go back, I convinced the hubby to postpone our trip to Mexico next year so we can go to Disney again. The kids are little for only so long! So now I get to plan another trip back to the World! Thinking the same time again next year. Anyone else?

Kids always want to go back to Disney, even when they are grown up. All those memories from their childhoods are important to them, too.

We've been gathering all of the pictures that every family member took and are adding them to our Photopass account. The photos are great and make it seem like the trip was more fun than we thought it was at the time.

We booked a bounce back for the first week of December while we were still at our resort. This will just be a trip for the two of us instead of the extended family. But I know I'll miss not having all those hugs from our little granddaughter. She loved the Princesses, too, and gave hugs to them all, even the wicked stepsisters at the Cinderella Happily Ever After buffet dinner.

We did lunch at BOG last week. We got in line about 30min before opening and were midway across the bridge. We were fortunate enough to get a table in the West Wing. It is the smallest of the three rooms and quite dark.
