My personal favorites are assmosis and seagull manager.

Also in our lexicon is "C.Y.A.", "P.I.T.A." and also "bear", as "the boss is a bear today, avoid him if you can!"

"Ax-man" is now "Chainsaw Consultant?" That's a nice term. When they tricked me in to becoming the Axe-man, I had to quit. If I'd thought of it as Chaisaw Consultant, maybe I'd still be doing that!
