you walk over to her house, knock on the door. if she answers say oh i noticed you guys moving in the other day and thought i would come say hi and see if you needed help with anything. if someone else answers, then you say the same thing, and hope to god shes inside. if shes not, causually mention that, "i saw you had a daughter, it looked like she was about my age" and stuff like that. its okay, you can do it.
