In timeline? Maybe…it depends on what the goals are for deciding to excercise ROfR…and that changes all the time.

So, if a certain resort is on their “list” to consider it will take longer but if the same resort gets moved off the “list” it won’t.

This is good intel, I didnt know that ones they consider more take longer so im guessing vgf, vgc are usually longer, I havent tracked those before

Not necessarily. It all depends on the goals at the time.

If DVD decides that they aren’t interested in a particular resort, then it’s going to be reviewed quickly and only held up if it is an outlier by DVDs standards.

But, let’s say the goal this month is to try and get more SSR points, then those might go through a little extra “review”.

All this to say, since we never know what DVds goals are, and they don’t want us to, which is why things changes are the time, there is no way to draw any real conclusions.

The only thing we know happens 99% of the time is that international contracts pass.

Active selling resorts used to pass almost 100% of the time….that is no longer the case.
