New names for Geauga Lake roller coasters

Well, now that Cedar Fair has officially purchased Six Flags Worlds of Adventure in Ohio, they've renamed most of the roller coasters too. I think some of the names are pretty bad, but what do you think?

I don't like the names! I see that they have changed the park name to Geauga Lake! Do you know if there have been any changes to the Animal section? Contrary to what most say, I really enjoyed the park...but then again, I was comparing it to Gang Adventure in Jersey!

A little bit wierd perhaps, but I am just hoping that Cedar Fair will do some good with the park.

It always bothered me that when Six Flags bought it they totally changed the name. Everyone that lives around here missed the Geauga Lake name, they should have made it Six Flags Geauga Lake, instead of Worlds of Adventure. So the fact that is is now Geauga Lake again makes me happy. There are no animals in the park, Six Flags took them, the rides and things without animals on that side of the park are open. They have yet to decide what to do with that side for good though.

They only changed the names of 4 of the rollercoasters

Dominator used to be Batman something
Steel Venom was Superman Escape
Cant remember what Head Spin and Thunderhawk were called

Names remaining the same:
Big Dipper
Double Loop
Raging Wolf Bobs
Villian
X-Flight

They probably changed the names of the Superman and Batman ride probably due to licensing.

From what I heard they will no longer have the animal part of park.

The original names were:

Dominator = Batman: Knight Flight
Steel Venom = Superman: Ultimate Escape
Head Spin = Mind Eraser
Thunderhawk = Serial Thriller

They're going to have to change the Bruce Wayne sign on the new
"Dominator" coaster.
