Look what I found on the Disney Audition site!
Disney Audition's is seeking actors to portray the role of Sarge from Toy Story for an exciting, new character dining experience at the Disney-MGM Studios. Full-time, part-time, and substitute positions are available.
:cool1:
This is going to be great! My DD loves Toy Story.

Yippee! Love Toy Story! S

Any word on when this may start up? My son loves Toy Story and we would like to do a character meal the next time we go.

Thanks,

If you do a search you will see that there are a few threads about this. I believe the rumor is that it will be starting sometime in April.

i do hope that this starts.

this is what i got in an email from deb i think on the last newsletter update:

NEW CHARACTER MEAL FOR THE DISNEY-MGM STUDIOS
---------------------------------------------
There is a very strong indication (nothing has been offically
announced as of January 12, 2006) of a new character meal featuring
Pixar Toy Story characters in the Disney-MGM Studios. It will be in
the Hollywood & Vine restaurant which used to host one years ago. April is looking like the starting time for this. If you are
planning a trip this spring to WDW, you might want to call and ask
when they will be taking reservations for this new experience.

I just called WDW dining - 1/16/05 - they said they are always trying new meals - but the H&V breakfast is not available for ADR's yet.
She would not give me a start-up date.

So if Deb's site thinks April meal startup - then I would guess in March ADR's would open up.

I would love to add H&V breakfast to our meal list.
That would mean in our week stay - we are up and on the go all week..
Cindy's 8:10 am
O'Hana's 8:20 am
CP 10:20 am
Norway 8:30 am
--- and less or no lines for Character signatures :cool1:

oh yeah - we also have 1900 Park 7 pm and LTT 5:30 pm and Chef Mickeys 5:30 pm on our last night for dinner :)

I hope this really happens! We are going in late April and would LOVE to go! I called to make a CRT ADR, and asked, but they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about! :confused3
