New Menu Items at Chicken Guy

Can anyone tell me who I would contact for help - we went to Chicken Guy today and were told the quick service plan wasn't accepted. I know it's not a huge thing, but we ended up paying $65 for it and the Disney website says it's included. Should we contact Chicken Guy or Disney?
 

It may not help but I would start with the concierge desk at your resort. I had a problem with credits being removed from my plan for another room that I ate with. They were able to look up the credits charged and gave me my allotted credits back. I would make sure to take the receipt if you paid cash with you so that they can see the meal charges. Hopefully they can sort it out.
 
I would contact Chicken Guy. As they elect to be in the program or not. If they are part of the program it could be a training issue. You may eventually have to get Disney involved as their would need to be a transfer of funds from Disney to Chicken Guy.
 
I would start with the front desk at your resort. If that doesn’t work-I used a ‘contact us’ link on the Chicken Guy website to pass a long a concern. The reply was quick and the general manager offered to call me to discuss my concern.
