I just put my deposit down on Monday and I have a question after reading through some of the threads. Some mentioned that a full housekeeping day in a one bedroom unit is $35. Any time I stay, do I have to pay $35 a day for housekeeping or is this only if I request the room to be cleaned?

Housekeeping (Mousekeeping) is only paid when you request it.

When you check-in your room should have been cleaned, with new linens etc.

For short stays (less than 8 days) on day 4 you will get new clean towels, and your trash cans will be emptied.

For longer stays on Day 4 you get a full cleaning, day 8 trash and towel, day 12 full cleaning, day 16 trash and towel, day 20 a full cleaning and so on.

There are no charges for the above scheduled services.

If you switch rooms, switch from MS to CRO reservations, the clock resets.

That does help! My parents keep telling me I must have it all wrong 'cause it sounds like too good a deal so I thought maybe we had to pay extra a day for something.

In many of us DISers opinions it is a great deal. The complaint I have heard most often?

1) We should have purchased sooner

2) We should have purchased more points

3) That Beca is such a BCV snob

4) Frogs Rule

Okay the last two are 'inside' jokes, which you will figure out quickly if you hang around this place!

Don't know about other but we are find with the housekeeping we get from DVC. If fact I like it that they don't come in each day.
