New Member- Question about PIN number

Recently purchased through TSS. Slowly receiving info from Disney. About 2 weeks after closing, our Welcome packet arrived, yesterday we received our member cards. Can anyone tell me when the PIN number will be mailed or was the PIN number in the initial packet of info. Can't seem to find it anywhere. I found out I needed a PIN when I tried to sign on at the DVC website. Thought I would try the experts here first before I call member services. Can anyone help

The PIN is sent via a postcard and usually arrives fairly quickly. However, there is another piece of info you need to log in the first time (can't remember what it is called) and those who purchase via the resale market don't receive that info from anywhere and must call MS to get it. Therefore, just call MS now and tell them you need the information required to log in to the member's website. They will give you both pieces of info over the phone.

We are also new to DVC...we haven't "officially" closed yet, but we received our PIN numbers yesterday. DH & I each got a card (large postcard type) in the mail with our PIN numbers on them. The cards arrived in the mail the same day that FED EX. left all of our closing paperwork at our door.

I don't think you could've missed your cards, if you got them. In big letters it states at the top "Here's your PIN, now you're in!"
