New Offering: Princess Tea Party
Beginning June 10, 2004, guests will be able to enjoy a new princess experience at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party will be offered every Thursday through Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon in the Garden View Lounge of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Reservations will be accepted beginning May 26, 2004, through 407-WDW-DINE.

The enchanting tea party is hosted by "Rose Petal," as she leads storytelling, sing-alongs, and a princess parade. This is a tea party fit for a princess where little girls receive the royal treatment with tea for two, a deliciously decorative princess cake, plus a personal meet-and-greet with Princess Aurora from the classic Disney animated film Sleeping Beauty. Guests 3 to 11 will also receive:


A My Disney Girl collectible doll dressed in a matching Princess Aurora gown, plus accessories.
A sparkling tiara, princess link bracelet, a special scrapbook page, and a "Best Friend" certificate.

Description: A tea party (lasting 1.5 hours) with tea and Princess cake for two, hosted by "Miss Rose Petal" plus a Princess Aurora meet & greet.
Guests 3-11 will also receive:

Guests are reminded to bring their own cameras and video cameras
Should little boys attend, they will receive a Princely crown and plush Disney Bear

Price: Cost for 1 adult plus 1 child (ages 3-11) is $200 (gratuity included; plus tax)
Each additional Guest ages 12+ is $65 (gratuity included; plus tax)
Each additional Guest ages 3-11 is $135 (gratuity included; plus tax)
Cancellation Policy: A credit card is required at the time of booking.
72 hour cancellation notice is required.

Is this the one that is $200 for 1 Adult and 1 Child? I remember seeing a post about one that was pretty expensive not too long ago.

My daughter and I went to this tea last fall. I think they were testing it then. I would highly recommend it. My daughter had a fabulous time. When you walk in they throw rose petals over your childs head and put a tiara on them. Then the dolls are sitting on their chairs waiting for them. It was expensive, but worth it.
