New Magic Hours

Hi

It's been a year or so since going to WDW, but I'm going in July and staying at the Beach Club. How does the Early Entry for an hour or the 3 hours after closing work and is the a schedule for that? Is it for Magic Kigdom only or all of the Parks? Please give me a link or your personal stories if you have been since the change.

Can you use the MAgic hours if you are staying at a Disney resort and have and AP?

Yes, EMH are available to guests at all WDW resorts, AP or not.
