New Laptop!!

Hiya

My lap top died a death this morning. So it was off to the shop to get a new one.

Bought a lovely new silver one (where the screen and all the keys work!!! much unlike my old one)

But to be honest I didnt think my old one would have died after three and a half years, I mean it was a sony one that my dad got me and cost about 2000,

oh well I have a new toy!!!

A day without the internet felt like I have my arm cut off

unfortunatly after much money at the computer shop for repairs it died lol, I liek my new one though its nice and silver!!

What model of Sony Vaio was your old laptop??

It is not good for a laptop to just die after 3 years there was some problems with a batch of Sony laptops about 4 years ago and I was wondering if you had managed to get one of those.

We use Sony at work for all our laptops (over 150) and very rarely (other than with the dodgy batch) do they die beyond repair.

I have a laptop, had numerous of problems with it and only got it last xmas.
So not even a year old.

Glad your back up and running, with a nice new shiny model
