Thanks for posting the link. After months of looking at pictures of Kidani taken from Jambo house I am loving the flurry of info/pictures/video we are now getting. I can't wait to see it with my own eyes in late June.

Thank you! - I actually took the footage (I took almost 200 photos of the resort for my site, and he hosts my video). I spent about 3 hours at the resort yesterday.

I didn't take any pool video, I feel uncomfortable doing that when there are too many guests around - which is why I try to do my resort photo walks very early in the morning. I will be at Disney a lot this week, I will try to get some early morning pool video at some point if I can (and I will be eating at Sanaa as well).

They are tapestries. I was wondering at first if it was those who had bought into Kidani, but was told it was founder families. I am glad I spent a little time on them.

You are welcome! I'll have Sanaa video/photos and a review in a week, and I will try to get to the pool too. I think they are going to be stringent with the pool like at Y/B, but I'm not positive - so as long as I can get in, I will. Jeff does a lot of work to add the videos and set up my photos for his site, so he deserves the thanks as well!

I hope everyone understands that I don't want to get any of you (or anyone else) in their swimsuits for YouTube! I wouldn't really want video/pics of me in a swimsuit either.

You are welcome - I never thought about doing video clips until a few months ago (it helps to have 2 8 gig memory cards!), and they have been very well received! I also think it really helps to get an idea of what things look like.

I'll be back this week - if there is anything else that you all want video clips of, let me know. Again, I do have nearly 200 photos as well up - including the pool. I have to say, the hallways are VERY long at the resort (about a mile I was told from one end to the other). I love walking, so it's not a problem for me, but I know everyone doesn't want a long walk after a day at the parks. There is also one area that I noticed - in the hallway near the elevator down to my car - it got VERY hot in the late afternoon, I felt like I was baking as I walked past the window. Most of the glass is frosted in that area, but not in that one area. I hope they do frost it!

The "Founding Families" are those that were among the first to purchase Kidani and buy at least some minimum number of points.

Thanks for the clarification on the tapestries. Based on earlier photos, it looked like they had a neck opening and armholes. So are you saying they just appear to have a neck opening but it's just part of the tapestry? In other words, they are tapestries that just look like robes?

I went to the Open Mouse at Kidani on 4/22 when we were at AKV last week. I took a bunch of pics and while most are essentially the same as those that others have posted, or that can be found on Mousesteps, I have not yet come across a pic of the underground parking.

I took one of the underground parking directly across from the pool/fitness center area and will post it tonight when I get home and can work on our trip report.

FWIW - I also got a pic from a 2nd floor STD view room overlooking the driveway leading to the port cochere so people can see what to expect from those, as well as exterior views of the STD view villas facing the pool. Additionally, I got some pics from the GV balconies. I'll also post these if anyone is interested.
