Hi all!
I am starting a new job today! I have been at home for a few years, doing computer work for others, and taking care of dr. visits, meds for alzheimer mom and stroke in-laws.
I will be working full time for the school dist. covering the job for someone who is taking 4 months off. I am starting out as a substitute--if someone is sick, I will cover them. Hopefully, all will go well for me, it will be hard to stay on plan, when I work all day.
I did start my schedule off right, I got up at 5 am and did my Pilates workout, I am afraid I won't stick with working out now.
Hats off to those of you who work full time and manage to exercise AND stay on your plans!! Any advice would be helpful!!

). I find that by the end of the day I'm just too tired. And, like others mentioned, I try to find exercise where I can, like parking in the furthest spot away in the parking lot, or taking steps instead of the elevator.
And a big pat on the back for getting up and doing Pilates at 5 am!! Getting up early to exercise is not something I've been able to talk myself into just yet. I know I should, though. I would be a lot more consistent with it if I would--I'm just not a morning person!
