When does the new Japnese Restaurant open? When can you make reservations?

I think it opens in November.. I made ressies the other day for January.

I saw a press release from Disney that said October -- but not when in October. Here's hoping before the 14th!

The name of the resturant will be Teppan Edo and it is supposed to open on October 15th. I called to make sure my reservation was still good and the CM stated that it will be open and not to worry. I plan on calling again. From what I understand this resturant will be pretty much the same as the Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki Dining Room. I know that they will have the Teppan Chefs.

I will keep everyone in the loop as I plan on following up on this.

I think your teens will enjoy it. The food is really good and the Chef's really put on a show preparing your meal in front of you. It has always been one of my favs.

Yes- if the tables are the same as they were pre-rehab, they are big enough for 8. They seat different parties together- DD, DH, and I sat with a nice family of 5 from TX the last time we ate there.

Oh, I didn't know you could make reservations already!! We are going in December and I had made all my reservations at the 180 days but no this one! I am hoping I can still get it.

I just called today and was able to get a table for two on Dec. 17th at 6:30pm. The CM said that there were still tables available.

I am sure it is still on the DDP. I am calling today or tomorrow just to make sure it will be opened as promised, I will make sure that it is still on the DDP also. I will let you know.

My sister and her family are on the DDP. I made her reservations for November and yes, it is on the DDP.
