Does anyone have new info on the Italian resturant opening soon?

In my signature there's a link to the FAQ that I wrote up yesterday (the boards have been busy today and it got pushed off the front page).

There's quite a bit of information so far, but nothing regarding confirmed opening dates (other than "August") or dining reservation start.
