It can be challenging getting in and out (no pun intended) of the the shopping center it’s located in. Two other locations are near DLR - State College/Ball, and Outlets at Orange. Then former opened a decade ago, the latter late last year. Depending on traffic, a g could be the closest.
For tourists, I recommend the Orange location as the other two are not in aesthetically pleasing areas.
