My DD was playing lego starwars earlier so I have the star wars tune don don don, don da don, don da don repeating in my head I'M GOING CRAZY!!!
:rotfl2:
My 5 yo is all Star Wars, all the time these days. It's making me nuts. Now where did I put that gold bikini??
BTW, I am pretty certain I have the whole LMT wrong. No clue how to do chatango. But I have a glass of red and the kids are asleep.

No cats to kick here, but I am neglecting the laundry:laundy:
I AM starting to hear POPs. Really, I am not hallucinating.

do you think that the 4.5 with garden view club level is the GF?

Thanks Metsoskil:thumbsup2 I didn't want to get res. for the wrong one.

No problem. That's what I'm shooting for, too. I figure this is the only way I'd ever stay there (especially now that we're DVC members).

I'm about ready to pack it in for the night, though.

Sounds like my DH, mine is threatening to take the power cord and hide it :scared: I told him after being on here for 21 hours I am no longer responsible for my actions if he messes with the pc

That is so funny! Luckily my husband is one that goes with the flow. He thinks its funny and is laughing right along with us...might be a different story if I were on here for 21 hours though! (I hope it doesn't come to that!!!)

If you figure that the average hotel stay booked will be about $1000, and they already have almost 1000 booked, it's cost them $1,000,000 thus far. Now there are more people watching and waiting.

how much does a company spend on a prime time tv ad?

there cannot be better advertising than a internet "FORUM FRENZY"

Ok, so if you have 2000 people that will book (and that's including those who might not make it through the time limit) that save $3500 for a week (that's if they book a $500 a night hotel) that's $7,000,000. Not everyone will save the $3500, and not everyone will be able to book. So, I would think that a promo like this is getting more attention and word of mouth exposure than a commercial would. It seems like they have marketing geniuses working for them. Especially if they scooped up a bunch of rooms real cheap due to the economy.

Could it be that LMT doesn't have to pay for the hotels? The LMT salesperson could've been selling this to the hotel chains. Rather thaen let the rooms sit empty the hotels agreed to this knowing they will make money on drinks & food (if it's not an all inclusive).

Sorry that nothing happened yet but I am also glad. The videos won't play at work and I finally got home from DD basket ball game. :thumbsup2 So let The World for a $1.00 show up NOW.

I was wondering why everyone kept talking about a pop and then realized the sound was off the chatango. Dh must have turned it off while he was waiting today.

Anyone else trying to get a room at Universal? The few dates I want the "better" rooms aren't available, but wondered if they'd do a club level room for $1 anyway.

Yes - I am trying for the HRH at Universal. For my dates they do not have club level available but for $1 a night I do not care!

I've plugged Portofino and Hard Rock and can actually get cheaper by myself with the 4/3 deal. By about $2000
