Thank you for the oh so warm & friendly welcome!
Thank you for the compliment- oh and better make that 32lbs now.
I've gone from size 14 (working it's way into tight size 14 to loose size 16) down to size 10. A pretty firm size 10 meaning only some brands in size 10 won't fit me- but SOME in size 8's fit also! That's pretty exciting to me! I honestly can't tell a difference when I look at myself EXCEPT for my belly is a lot flatter (which I thought would never happen since it was mostly flabby hangy belly from such huge pregnancies with too much fluids stretching it all out) and the fact that smaller clothes fit.

Okay so I can tell my butt isn't as big. LOL But wow..... if only DMrick could see me now. I tried on the same jeans I wore on my Jan trip when I saw her and I couldn't BELIEVE how huge they were! All over huge- completely fell to the ground when I let go of them.

I think I'll hang on to those just so I can put them on and remind myself how much I have really lost anytime I get "down" during times when I don't lose as fast as I think I want to. LOL
And I must say I am feeling EXTREMELY more healthy now. I know I'm eating better (veggies has to be more healthy than chocolate- right? LOL) not to mention eating atleast 3 meals a day has to be better than only eating supper/one meal a day.

I have loads more energy (although I haven't gotten in the groove on regular exercise- I sure do a lot more and I'm more active about my daily 'mom, play with kids, and house' duties so I am getting some exercise- and I just feel GGRRRRRReat!
To all those that have just started induction- you can do it! It's hard at first but BELIEVE me when I tell you that it gets EASIER. That's the greatest thing I have noticed about this way of eating/way of life (I don't call it a diet. hehe) -that unlike most diets that get harder and harder to stick with- this gets easier and easier! Honest!!! This coming from a chronic longterm chocoholic who hadn't drank a drop of water in many years also. LOL
Now to figure out how to grab a WISH clippie.

Thanks again for the welcome! I still have about 40lbs to lose and that's being generous on my goal weight. For my height (5'2) I should probably make my goal weight a bit lower BUT who knows.... depends on how I lose. I may look good at that goal weight and my body HAS changed after the last 2 babies I had... wider hips, etc. LOL
