New here and have ADR question

Hello, I have been reading this board for the past week and learned SO much, thank you!! I just booked our first ever trip to the World today! I think I am probably more excited then my kids. hehe

I have a question about making ADR's for a character breakfast. (Chef Mickey) I just booked my trip today and I am 89 days out.

I tried to book my reservation online and I was not able to see what is available for all the days of my trip. Our trip is from the 12th to the 17th of December. I can only see what is available thru the 13th of December.

Any idea why that is? I plan on calling in the morning to make the reservation but, since I am 89 days I want to make it asap so I get it. It is already booked for the 12th and 13th, so our chances are getting slimmer.

Did you login into the website and "retrieve" your reservation #? That should open your +10.

If you booked with a TA then you might have trouble getting the +10 to show up.

Your reservation number can't have any letters, it should all be numbers.

My reservation with WDW directly has letters in it.....

The online ADR system is convenient -- but the WDW number is great! You get a live person to talk to plus they will answer all of your questions. IN addition, they can search a wider time frame for a restaurant -- better than the online version.

Mine too - and when I enter it, the system retrieves my reservation.

The online reservation system recognizes numbers with letters and numbers. Mine went thru fine when I did them.

My confirmation number also includes letters and I booked with WDW. I was retrieving it last night but it wasn't going thru. I did it again this morning before I called and it worked. So, not sure what was wrong last night.

But, I got exactly what I wanted!!! Yay!!
