new hawaii resort

just read that disney is building a resort in hawaii. dvc, i assume? how/where would i get info on purchasing for the hawaii resort? anyone know? is this only for current dvc owners...or can anyone buy into it? thanx for any help/advice/answer!

The announcement was just made 4 weeks ago. Estimated opening is 2011. Thr project calls for about 800 total rooms with more than half of them DVC villas.

DVC probably won't start selling for 3 years or so.
