New Haunted Mansion attraction at MGM

Does anyone have the inside info on the new MGM attraction re: the Haunted Mansion movie? I heard this has REALLY added to media crowds that were already big for the Mission Space and Philharmagic openings.

Okay castmembers -- what is the scoop?

There appears to be a lot more than the media launch for Mission Space and Philharmagic.

Now, the Wayne Brady show is taping at Epcot the 6-8, there is a big investor press conference with all the corporate brass on the 8th -- simulcast to investors on the website.

What else?

it was extremely cool. I got a personal tour. in middle of the day this week. Everything was SO WOW! The huge organ with the double stair case the massive fireplace and of course the table setting that can be seen from the ballroom floor which is where we stand. These things were all actual props used in the movie.

When you go in take notice of the ornate detail in the tall back dining chairs. They are exquisitely carved and were imported in from Mexico.

I don't quite see how it can be a self tour, the room isn't that large. It is on Soundstage 4, the former home of the 101 Dalmations set., just next to One Man's Dream
