DH and I are not very active people. We could both stand to lose about 20 lbs. each. We ran our first 5K last May and haven't done anything since. We have set a new goal to do something active everyday of the new year. It could be shooting hoops with the kids, taking a walk, playing Wii, or anything that gets us off the couch. I'm hoping that as time goes by our activity will increase.
