New gluten free offering in Disney?

Hey everyone! My name is Ashley and I have celiac disease. In March my boyfriend and I will being heading down to Disney world. I have heard many rumors that Disney has changed many of the gluten free brands at they carry and done away with the ones that I love. I'm looking for insider views....who has been there recently and noticed these changes? Has the French meadow bakery brownies really been done away with? I hate a brownie for dessert but that one I could tolerate. I also heard EnerG rolls are gone too. Sigh. So what's there now? Is it good? Doable? Please any insight it so very appreciated. I want to plan accordingly. Thanks!
